This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, technology, and building strong customer relationships.

Service, troubleshoot, configure, and maintain:

• Security alarm systems
• Access control systems
• Video surveillance / CCTV systems
• Automation and integrated security systems
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site
• Upgrade existing customer systems and equipment
• Travel to customer sites throughout Calgary and surrounding areas
• Train clients on proper system operation and maintenance
• Complete service documentation accurately and professionally
• Work independently while collaborating with other technicians and office staff
• Deliver an excellent customer experience on every service call

2+ years of experience servicing or installing:

• Security systems
• CCTV / video surveillance systems
• Access control systems

Experience with:

• Running wires and device installation
• System troubleshooting
• Basic programming and configuration

Interest and aptitude for:

• Electronics
• Networking
• System integration
• Smart technologies
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and problem solve in the field
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with clean abstract
• Clear criminal record
• Fluent English
• High school diploma or equivalent
